Children’s rights
Cerebral Palsy Scotland aims to take a rights-based approach to all aspects of our work, including service design and delivery. This means working collaboratively alongside families to ensure their voices are heard and that children’s best interests are considered in all decisions that affect them.
The following guides provide a useful insight into children’s rights in Scotland, and the way in which the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) informs our work:
